HOW TO FLASH RECOVERY IMAGE WITH FLASHIFY ANDROID APP

Flashing custom recovery is not difficult as u think and the good thing about using a custom recovery is that:


1 You can back up your rom easy

2 You can use it to flash custom rom into your Phone

Tools required for flashing a custom recovery are :

1 A rooted device but if your device is not rooted your can root your device by using the app kingroot

2 cwm or twrp of your device

3 Flashify






Procedure for flashing custom recovery

1 move the cwm or twrp to the root folder of your SD card

NOTE :
don't place it inside any folder

2 open your Flashify grant it root access


3  select recovery image


                                 

4  select choose a file if you already have a recovery image if not select download


                               

NOTE : MTK devices don't have recovery image when you use download option

5 locate the recovery image at the root folder of your SD card

6  when a prompt comes up asking if you want to flash recovery click yup

After successful flash you can boot to recovery
